Somatic Experiencing (SE) supports your body’s natural capacity to regulate, release, and heal—restoring a sense of calm, balance, and inner safety.
SE offers a gentle, body-based way to heal from trauma, stress, and overwhelm by attuning to your nervous system’s natural rhythms.
Each session invites you to reconnect with your body, process emotions safely, and rediscover your innate wisdom, resilience, and creativity.
Through your awareness and presence, these sessions will help you develop your somatic awareness, nervous system capacity, and self-trust.

Sessions are gentle, collaborative, and guided by your body’s pace and signals. We’ll begin by taking a moment to share what’s present in your healing or life right now, then explore what’s at the forefront of your somatic experience using body-based awareness and dialogue.
Each session may include practices from Somatic Experiencing, Inner Relationship Focusing, and Somatic Journeying. You’ll be comfortably seated or lying down as we track sensations, support completion of stress responses, and create space for your body’s natural regulation to unfold.

This work is ideal for those recovering from trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress, and for anyone seeking deeper embodiment or nervous-system regulation.
It can be especially supportive for those experiencing burnout, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from self and body.

Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy healing practice that restores balance and flow throughout your body and energy field.
Through subtle energetic attunement, Reiki helps to calm the mind, ease tension, and clear emotional or energetic blockages so your natural life force can move freely again.
Each session is an invitation to rest deeply, receive healing, and reconnect with your innate sense of harmony and wholeness.

Reiki sessions are deeply relaxing and restorative. You’ll lie comfortably, fully clothed, while gentle touch (or off-body energy work for distance sessions) helps to clear stagnant energy and restore balance.
You may feel warmth, tingling, or waves of calm energy as your system rebalances. Many clients drift into a meditative or restful state during the session.

A 6–12 Month Somatic Journey of Healing and Transformation
The Unscript Yourself Experience is a deeply personal journey designed for those ready to move beyond short-term healing and commit to lasting transformation.
This immersive experience blends Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Inner Relationship Focusing, and creative integration practices — offering space for emotional processing, embodied awareness, and the reclaiming of your voice and vitality.
Healing of this depth takes time, compassion, and devotion, and this experience invites you to stay present with the work.
Over 6–12 months, we come together for a number of 1:1 sessions and somatic practices to support you to release what is held in the body, build nervous-system resilience, and anchor new ways of being rooted in authenticity, creativity, and self-trust.
